- xcode 10.2 = Apple LLVM 10.0.1 = clang 7.0?
- (*1) : Windows 10 + WSL はファイルアクセス時にオーバーヘッドがあります。Native Install した Linux よりも遅いので注意。

- clang の version が上がるほど遅くなっています。clang-7 がピークで、clang-8 では速くなっています。
- 殆どの場合 RAM に乗る 2回目の方が速い。特に HDD だと顕著。
- スマートフォンは発熱でクロックが下がるため 1回目の方が速い場合が多い。
- またスマートフォンは充電中だとバッテリーが熱を持つため遅くなる。
Compile 内容
- flatlib3 の linux 向けビルド。
- 2回 build して速い方の時間を採用。
